Responsible for day-to-day management of the business, Simon draws from his experience gained working within IT security for central, local government and healthcare to deliver the objectives of the business. Client focussed, Simon regularly meets customers and participates in Sypro user training sessions.

Stuart Kings
Technical Director
Stuart is a chartered Quantity Surveyor and experienced NEC practitioner. Stuart developed the original idea for Sypro borne out of detailed practical experience of live projects and is responsible for the contractual compliance of Sypro. In addition to this, Stuart also provides consultancy and training on the NEC suite of contracts and also works as an NEC Consultant.

Gerard Toplass
Financial Director
Starting his career as a Chartered Accountant, Gerard has held both financial and management roles within organisations he led through sale, merger and acquisition. In addition to his tight grip on the Sypro purse strings, Gerard also guides the company’s strategic view on partnering and mergers.
